Unico Properties purchased the Denver Club Building in 2015 and has taken on a multi-million dollar renovation, including several unique floor plans and top-of-the-line amenities. This revitalization is now underway, with construction in full-swing, and aims to breathe new life into this architectural gem, exceeding the needs of contemporary companies and their employees. Substantial completion of all areas is expected by August 2016, with the completion of the lobby to follow in September.
